Business is an important element of a country’s economy. The level of business development gives us an idea of the country’s economic well-being and other macroeconomic indicators. Businesses and their functioning are particularly affected by ongoing processes in the country or in the world. As the environment is constantly changing, timely and specific organizational changes play a special role in the activities of companies.

Covid pandemic has had a significant impact on the performance of companies. Restrictions imposed by the government have created some difficulties for the business sector. Lots of companies closed, some were able to and continued to operate. With all of this in mind, implementing organizational transformations has become critically important.

The article focuses on the effects of pandemics, the growing role of organizational change in the co-pandemic period, as well as the challenges of change and the approaches used to overcome them. At the same time, the article discusses the challenges facing the company JSC “healthy Water” during the organizational changes.
